DESCRIPTION

Our starting point is always the dance, always the present moment. We are held by the map of the 5Rhythmsï¿½ as a practice & a moving lens through which we can experience ourselves, one another and the world around us as a fluid, connected field. Grounded in the body we will explore dancing into the waves of creative potential that I believe are waiting within each of us. We will explore how the dance can open more space for creative expression and ways in which we can meet materials. When we give attention and care in this way, not only are we 'making art' but inviting this creative stream of life to move through us. Everybody is welcome!
