There are some qualities that are so fundamental to human experience that we call them archetypes. If we learn to embody these energies, they bring us a steady sense of presence, and a resource to draw on in our everyday lives. To be well-rounded we need a balance of their different vibrations, so we can meet whatever life offers us with creativity and a sense of possibility.

This weekend, we’ll work with the two primary archetypes of the Mother, and the King. Dancing the 5 Rhythms, we’ll explore how the different aspects of their energy move through the Wave, and we’ll learn to step into the essence of each. We’ll nourish and strengthen our relationship to our own masculine and feminine, and expand our capacity to be with and respond to life.
