What creates and brings joy to us? Sometimes, it’s a memory,that suddenly connect to it, your first camping trip, a piece of music, a nicesmell of food that you directly go back to your childhood, there is plenty.Sometimes it’s in the present moment, like preparing a cup of tea for yourselfas a ritual, lying on the grass looking up at theclouds for hours, cooking for friends, all of that, makes you feel good. Again,when we committ to ourselves, joy can be around. In the dance floor, it’s quitethe same. It’s about follow our body, part after part, the way Iengage myself with my elbows, the way I do feel fuly present in my feet, meltingwith my spine, partnering myself with my hands. We explore the whole spectrumof moving body , up, down, organically, naturally , creatively , effortlessly,and mostly keep seeking this joy quest in the physicality.
Moving body can simply boost the well-being, and release endorphins that joy recognise,whispering yummy!
