DESCRIPTION
We all carry cultural and personal wounds with us. Protecting them increases fear and wastes a lot of energy. In this workshop we dare to explore our vulnerability as one of our greatest strengths. A healer warrior dancing freely with a broken and wounded heart creates space of authenticity, love, compassion and spontaneous creativity. He transforms his wounds into powerful healing qualities for himself and others.The workshop counts as one day Waves-Level and one day Heartbeat-Level.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
