The Future of Feminine is an international women's leadership retreat. Women from around the world are gathering together to vision about their future and cultivate skills to make their dreams happen.

We will use the map and the method of the 5Rhythms to move through challenges, listen to the wisdom of the body, and tap into our power and women and leaders.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
