"We dance because it's the fastest most direct route to the truth - not some big truth that belongs to everybody, but the get down and personal kind, the what's-happening-in-me-right-now kind of truth." - Gabrielle RothWe all have stories to tell, some of them are tragic, some of them are funny, some of them pour out easily, others seem to get stuck somewhere between our heart and our lips.
We'll be using words and movement to discover, uncover and recover our stories, giving ourselves permission to speak our truth - whether in plain speaking or in metaphor.
With the wild landscape of the moors, the historic buildings of Haworth and the whispering echoes of the Brontes around us, join us in this adventure of body, heart and mind.

Ben and Rose have been dancing together in Leeds since 2005, and their feet have taken them to many 5Rhythms dance floors around the world, uncovering truths, discarding what no longer serves, recovering lost stories. Rose’s teaching style is grounded, permissive and spacious. Ben’s style is creative, attentive and responsive.
NOTES
Times: Saturday 11am-5pm;
Sunday 11:30am-5pm.
Cost:£120 (some concessions available)
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
£20 discount for bookings confirmed before 16th March.
Refund Policy
If a dancer cancels, any payment they've made above the deposit will be refunded.
If we cancel the workshop, we will give dancers the option of either receiving a refund or transferring their payment to a future workshop.
