Chaos is the teacher who supports us to surrender deeper in the letting go to emptying out. 

In these moments of chaos we practice to release through our body to let go of all our stories, to empty our mind, to release the grip on our emotions and all the layers that holds us back from being free spirits. Letting go is a natural order but we can be so up in our head that our body does not get the permission to relax. 

So in this workshop I love to guidyou to practice this amazing healthy rhythm that cleans us from the past, from our old believe system.
