DESCRIPTION

Can we surrender to the possibility that we are everything and nothing, that life is difficult and easy, happy and sad, dark and light? Can we accept life as it is, open to it and allow each moment to unfold before us? In this workshop we will practice the art of surrender by offering our whole selves to the dance. If we empty our busy minds and are able to create space for our intuition to come forth, we can embrace the state of not-knowing and can begin to rest in the present moment with an open heart and mind.
