Kick start your Summer! Whether you’ve a full schedulemapped out or going with the flow, ignite your energy and intention with this5Rhythms Waves workshop. We’ll be dancing a full day (1pm to 8pm) in thebeautiful main studio at Jacksons Lane opposite Highgate tube station (NorthernLine). The cost is £60 / £45Concessions. NOTES
Jason Rowe fell inlove with the 5Rhythms in 2003 and trained with Gabrielle Roth becoming anAccredited teacher in 2011. He subsequently studied and qualified to teach theHeartbeat map of the practice with Jonathan Horan in 2015. Jason holds weeklyopen classes, ongoing closed groups and teaches out in the wider dancingcommunity across the UK and abroad. He's lived and worked in London all hislife.
