Modern life can clog up our whole system. Acknowledging the simplicity of the 5 elements of earth, fire, water, air and ether and inviting our bodies to move with these energies gives is like a really thorough cleanse. The Atlantic Ocean, the rocks, the wind and the sun will purify our entire being. This will be a lovely weekend of deep dance and enjoyable connections with others, with an invitation for those coming from further away to camp in a beautiful field/garden. A shared supper on Saturday evening and stories around the camp fire will add to the magic.
