Dancing though Wave after Wave of the 5 Rhythms, celebrating the Spring equinox, when night and day are of equal length, giving thanks for our safe return to the light, and honouring the journey through darkness that we in the north take every year.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
