This is a workshop for children age 5-11 years old. We will dance 5 Rhythms child friendly style and include some other relaxation and face painting. Time 1-4PM The Royston club hall Penge SE20 Cost £18 per child or £15 each for siblingsNOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
