DESCRIPTION

From soul to sole~ from heart to the earthen floor~ we will dance together, create together, be together. Each sister carrying her inner wisdom to the circle to be seen and danced and held. This is a 6-mo. closed circle experience. We will meet every 3rd Sunday from 1:30-4:30pm I am certain that there are amazing truths no matter our age or the cycle of life that we are in. We all have wisdom to share. To be able to share our wisdom with our sisters we must first step into our power. Step into it, embrace it, dance it, be it. Let's do this. In the most exhilarating cathartic way I know how...utilizing the map of the 5Rhythms. The Rhythms will be the container, the body will be the teacher, and we will drink of each other's wisdom medicine.
