DESCRIPTION

As singles, we can sometimes feel disconnected from society. As if there is an imperative to couple up. And yes, sometimes that is what we want. But we also want to enjoy holy solitude - silence, self-appreciation, the opportunity to create a rich and rewarding relationship with the one and the whole.

In this workshop, we wish to offer a space for singles to celebrate and move through this status, to practice intimacy alone or with others, to be ecstatically single together.

No prior experience necessary.

Valid for the 3 days (18hrs) Waves requirement.

FACILITATORS:

Daniel Struyf is a movement facilitator, physiotherapist and coach dedicated to guiding people through meaningful personal transformations. With a deep foundation in 5Rhythms, therapeutic bodywork and coaching, Daniel helps people navigate life transitions, rediscover their authentic self and cultivate greater balance and vitality.

Seraf Al Zaurak is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, Dance Your Ability facilitator and founder of Curious Experiences - in service to meaningful life experiences. Her limitless creativity has led her to design countless transformational experiences for people in all walks of life.

Tracy Courtney, a Move-Mind facilitator specialises in fostering connection. Both are based in Mallorca and collaborate together creating curious and conscious connection experiences for Singles.
