Welcome to this one-day workshop in the 5 Rhythms, a soulful day with lyrical signs.

A day when we let our inner landscapes be shaped with the body, changeable, unfocused, fluid.

We listen moment by moment to what wants to take shape. We follow the movement , curious, exploring, permissive.
