dear sisters, the crcle has opened...take our hands and join our circle of women dedicated to the journey of wild abandon and holy ecstasy~we dive deep to the realms of intuitive, visceral and instinctual movement to invite and invoke our Spirit Animals to take life as we move our bodies in our Shamanic beauty, wisdom and power. I look forward to being with you again in all your vulnerability and authenticity.NOTES
We will meet the 4th sunday of the month for 5 months. Please note that the december class will be held on the the 3rd sunday december 17th. In addition we will have one extended class on a saturday determined by the group which will include a sacred cacao ceremony followed by our movement practice and dinner.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
