DESCRIPTION
We all possess a shadow side that represents hidden, secret, or disowned parts of ourselves. These aspects are fragmented parts of the self that remain unclaimed and therefore disconnected from the whole. Our shadows can be overwhelming, even damaging if they are not held and met effectively. Using the 5Rhythms Shadow maps we will uncover the parts of us we keep hidden, let them dance, integrate them, and become more whole.NOTES
No previous experience or prerequisites required.
All class and workshop hours with Dean count towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Waves prerequisites.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
