We gather together as women—not to escape, but to remember. 

We carry generations of wisdom and experience in our flesh and bones. 

Yet rarely do we give ourselves the space to truly listen to this innate, ancient intelligence. Rarely do we allow ourselves to fully open—to embrace intimate connection with our bodies, our hearts, our minds and Mother Earth. 

This retreat 'Sacred Balance: Dark & Light' invites us to reconnect with our inner landscapes, and deepen our intimacy with the sacredness of all life—the pleasure and the pain, the beauty and the ugliness, the joy and the sorrow.

In sisterhood, we step out of separation and into community. Together, we remember: our bodies, hearts, and minds are not problems to be fixed, but landscapes to be explored.

Nourishing in the divine feminine, deep diving into the 5Rhythms practice, ritual theatre, self-enquiry, yoga nidra meditations, breath work, aromatic alchemy, shamanic journeying, fire ceremonies, shared meals & more. 

Venue 

Fell Edge Barn, Addingham Moorside, Yorkshire LS29 9JX 

Nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot betwixt undulating meadows and expansive open moorland. The venue has a spacious wooden dancefloor, well-equipped kitchen, toilets, showers 

Accomodation 

Camping on the land, or communal barn stay at £8 per night. Or stay in a local B&B

Early Bird: £374/£321 until 18th June

(note if booking for Beltane retreat May 1 - 4 'Sacred Sense: A Return To Our Senses' as well, there is a £20 discount if both deposits are paid by 8th March. 

*The cost is for the retreat only + supper on the first night, breakfasts & beverages. Other meals and accommodation at your expense. Options for accommodation include camping on the land or communal barn stay at £8 a night - or stay in a local B&B.
