DESCRIPTION
Winter Solstice Celebration. Dance. Prayer. Ritual.
On this longest night of the year, we will dance with the full moon irradiating inspiration and meditation on all of us. Soft light and soft breath exploring our essence in the depth of our soul. Stepping gently into another season. Another journey. Another wave. All the way to Stillness. Let's meet here.
We will be graced by sounds bath meditation played live with singing bowls and gongs. Join us!

No Prerequisites. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

Plenty of free street parking on 22nd St, Mission St and nearby after 6pm. Closest parking garage is Mission Bartlett Garage-Lot #204, entrance on 21st St and Bartlett St.
