DESCRIPTION
Als we Wave na Wave dansen ervaren we dat we steeds een laag dieper komen. Dieper in onszelf afdalen en ook eventuele blokkades kunnen tegenkomen, fysiek, emotioneel of mentaal. Door ook dit in beweging te zetten kan er transformatie plaatsvinden en vrijheid ervaren. Ik nodig jullie uit om 5 Waves te dansen...dieper en dieper...If we dance Wave after Wave we create the experience that we travel deeper into our body. Deeper into ourselves so that we also meet possible blockages; physical, emotional or mental. By also saying 'yes' to whatever shows up in your dance it's possible to experience a breakthrough to free your body.
You are invited to dance 5 Waves... deeper and deeper...

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
