DESCRIPTION

Burdąg Studio and Mazury are incredible releases, triggers to:

- root yourself in your body

- find a contact with the Earth

- open the arms to the sky

- reset

Roots and wings

Old forest and the lake, eagles and cranes, ants and earthworms, thyme

and raspberries, foxes and deers are great objects which you can observe

in that earthly dance i be inspired by them to open for your own dance.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
