Have you ever dreamed of dancing uninhibited and with abandon? This workshop is an invitation to discover your unique dance within the container of the 5 Rhythms Wave. We will allow the beat to support our movement, play with movement in different body parts and explore how our bodies free themselves in rhythm. This is an ecstatic dance practice that holds the potential to release the dance of your soul.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
