DESCRIPTION
Creating ritual in our lives brings meaning. Dance can open up our experience of ritual. And in experiencing ritual our dance opens.
The intention for this 5 day workshop is to allow plenty of time to explore and experience this connection and how we can bridge the gap from the dance floor into our every day lives.
NOTES
Sessions times are 11am to 5pm each day. This 5 day workshop is a core prerequisite towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
