It will be a short journey of three days in which to sow strength and courage that spring brings with it, so changes can flower in our lives. We will dance to be grounded and open to the new and, at the same time, to stay in the continuous flow of the cyclical change of seasons. The teaching of how to stay present and aware when life presents changes and challenges. Dancing the 5Rhythms we can learn to flow through our lives, be decisive, accept and surrender to what comes up, transform and discover parts of ourselves that we have forgotten and welcome, without judgment, our great inner wisdom.
