A day of embodied movement, a treasure trove of motion.

We'll dance, we'll eat together and we'll dance some more.

With accredited 5Rhythms® teachers Liz Collier and Chris Boylan.

All shapes, sizes, abilities and states of being are very welcome.

In order to keep this event accessible to all, there is a £10+ ticketing system. You get your ticket from the site and make up the rest through the donations option. Usual rates for an event of this kind are £30-£50, by paying as much as you can manage, you are helping others who can't manage the standard rates. Have a think about how much you can afford and how much this is worth to you. All are just as welcome whether you are paying the minimum rate or far more. Big thanks for your help with this.
