DESCRIPTION
A waves level workshop for women in 5Rhythms. Creating together more wonder in being woman through movement, dance and breath. What vulnerable and powerful new buds and shoots, deeper roots are burgeoning this Spring 2019? Now, if we can add colour to the skin of this wonder woman to be more representative, and some more weight to be more inclusive...to get us headed in a better direction together.NOTES

This workshop was requested by women who danced WonderWoman, it is not necessary to have danced the first workshop to attend this sequel, they can be taken in any order.
