DESCRIPTION
If you haven't seen Jewel perform her poetry, this is your opportunity. Through dance, using the lens of the 5Rhythms practice, Jewel will inspire you with practical and magical ways to initiate or invigorate your writing practice and find your fullest voice. Grateful for all the exceptional teachers that have fed her passion for writing and poetry, she's excited to pass on these writing tips and techniques. Dancers, there will be no silent writing, so if words aren't flowing you still can. Special guest teachers will DJ our journey into the writing well and paper play. Writers will get a unique, 5Rhythms perspective on the craft. Come get a jot of Jewel, her passion is infectious.NOTES
Bring dance gear, a journal and your sacred sassy self each day. On Sunday we will collectively create a sacred ritual reading. (Don't freak with this piece.) Please know that reading is always optional. You can participate in tribal shapes and movement in the ritual reading session.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
