The 5Rhythms gives our event structure. Every day we explore the theme of a new beginning under the aspect of a rhythm: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyric and stillness. Each rhythm opens up a space for the individual free and conscious movement.Let´s expand the space together and explore the diversity of possibilities of expression and non-verbal encounters!

Claudia is the first and most experienced 5Rhythms® teacher in Austria. Her trustworthiness and deepness, her great heart and their rooted presence inspire her pupils again and again.
Romana brings with her love for transformative energy and sparkling chaos, inspiration and the taste of wild freedom into the dance room.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
