5Rhythms-Pentecost-Festival in Karlsruhe, with the certified 5Rhythms teachers

The festival offers the opportunity for 5Rhythms newcomers, but also for experienced dancers to get to know and experience the 5Rhythms intensively. Each rhythm has its own qualities, its own wisdom for the dance floor as well as for life. Through dancing, conscious movements and various body exercises we will playfully explore the qualities of the individual rhythms and experience them for ourselves. In this festival on 3 days you will get to know each and every one of the 5Rhythms intensively. Anyone who takes part for the entire weekend will get a very good introduction to the 5Rhythms as a meditation, workout, form of exercise, "philosophy" or even an attitude to life.
Of course, fun, encounters, being together and exchange with other dancers should not be neglected.

It will be an international festival. There are 3 (certified) 5Rhythms teachers from 3 countries. The language of teaching will be German and English. Translated if necessary.
