DESCRIPTION

In this workshop we bring parents (*) and children on the dance floor. Spontaneity and amazement guaranteed! We created a great program based on 5Rhythms movement meditation®. The first hour all children dance together. Then we dance the last half hour with you, parents or guardians. When the children dance, you can use the facilities (sauna) from gym Health City. 5Rhythms Gabrielle Roth is the form we use. Flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. For each rhythm, we created simple dance and game elements. For young and old. Surprise yourself. Dance and play with us! (*) Parents or any adult who brings a beloved child.
