Earth, Fire, Water, Air, AetherWe are made of the stuff. The Elements, the materials of life.
Exploring our connections to ourselves through the 5Rhythms and the elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Spirit can take us on a profound and imminent journey. By restoring our connections to the materials of life we free ourselves up and bring appreciation to all that we are.
We will take time to arrive in the earth of the body and connected to the earth. We will ignite our inner fires, wash ourselves through with the waters of chaos and release into the stuff of air before integrating the spirit of the dance and our connections to life.
