Take a dive into the fundamentals of the practice exploring each of the rhythms: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness®. Here we will explore each rhythm, how they move us and how we move with each in our daily lives.
Take a little time to enter a container that will hold us to allow and explore.
