DESCRIPTION

We are offering this one-day workshop on the Winter Solstice; a sacred time to pause, reflect and connect as we move through the 5Rhythms wave - both individually and together. This workshop is an opportunity to honour the turning of the year, embracing the stillness of the longest night and the promise of light’s return. Together, we will move with an enquiry of gratitude, of reflection on the year past, and welcoming what seeks to emerge in the year ahead.

The day will include dancing, an invitation to create ritual space, moments for inner reflection, and time to enjoy a shared lunch together. Whether you are new to 5Rhythms or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome.
