During our 5Rhythms workshop, through dancing meditation, we will help you AWAKEN YOUR AWARENESS and PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR NEEDS so that you can START LIVING FULLY and ACHIEVE SUCCESS IN ANY AREA OF YOUR LIFE.

We are often afraid to make changes as we feel fear, frustration, and a lack of power. I understand you perfectly. We all go through this.

It's because we are often trapped in our limitations, fears, and programs that prevent us from leaving our comfort zone and delusional sense of security. But, no worries, there is a solution.

When we dance, we open ourselves to the flow. We start feeling love and trust. We get access to the beauty of this world and unlimited abundance.

During the journey into yourself, you will be accompanied by our accredited teacher, Tomasz Szymocha, in a magical location- Bio Rezydencja in the Jizera Mountains with outstanding vegetarian cuisine, a sauna, and the most significant stone circle of power in the area.

Schedule:

Beginning: January, 3 2024 at 5:00 p.m. arrival, at 6:00 p.m. we start with a dinner. Class starts at 7:30 p.m.

End: January, 6 2023 at 3 p.m.

There is possibility to arrive one day earlier for 28€ extra fee (without meals) to spend a little bit more time in the magical place.
