No longer just the physical sensation,
More than simply our emotions
Or the sharing of good company..
Something shifts
And we find ourselves on another plane
It’s no longer about us
(At least not in the way we usually think of ourselves)
A mystical experience?
A conversation with God?
Spiritual practice
It’s not a question of belief, but a direct personal experience
So let’s explore the possibility of meeting Spirit in our movement

Open Friday eve 9th June 7 - 10pm £10
