In this workshop we will investigate the nature of what creates us. We will explore our relationship with Flowing/feminine and Staccato/masculine, through the practice of the dance. How do these energies empower and balance us? How can we use this wisdom to create what we want most in this life? When these two powerful forces come together they create something new.
