DESCRIPTION
Enjoy two evenings over the winter, exploring and diving deeper into your dance using the 5Rhythms® practice.The first Friday, February 2, I will introduce the 5Rhythms® and we will explore together. The second Friday, March 2, we will continue the exploration. Attend one or both.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
