Passion - Feeling Deeply, Dancing Freely
A One-Day 5 Rhythms Workshop exploring passion and compassion.
What sets your heart on fire? What dreams do you hold, and what sorrows do you grieve? In this day of dance and stillness, we explore both the flame of passion and the balm of compassion.
Join us in Birmingham as we immerse ourselves in a full day of movement, reflection, and connection.
This is a day for us to come together as a community, each of us a vital piece of the puzzle. We’ll share dance, and deepen our connections, co-creating a space of belonging and sharing.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
