DESCRIPTION
Opening to Whatever is next. Spring can bring a freshness, clear space, lightness in our step. Lets bring presence of mind to the form, the shape, this body moving in time and space. Sarah will create a couple of waves of music for this day of movement exploration. Let the music support your dance as it unfolds, moment to moment, breath by breath, rhythm and pulse. A deep honouring of what is unfolding.NOTES
Cost is £38 if booked by Feb 15, £45 after this date. Times are 11 - 1.15pm lunchbreak and 2-4pm. Refund policy, sorry no refunds, credit towards another dance minus £5 admin fee, unless illness. Thank you for your understanding and honouring time taken.
