DESCRIPTION
Opening to whatever is next. Spring can bring a freshness, clear space, lightness in our step. Lets brings presence of mind to the form, the shape, this body moving in time and space. Sarah will create a couple of waves of music for this day of movement exploration. Let the music support your dance as it unfolds, moment to moment, breath by breath, rhythm and pulse. A deep honouring of what is unfolding.NOTES
Cost is £38 if booked by April 11, £45 after this date. Times 10.30-4.30pm.
