The human experience is a group experience. Groups can have all different effects on us. On this retreat we’ll focus on one: how can we become joyfully intoxicated with the beautiful diversity of our fellow human beings? We as humans are vividly different and we contribute to the group field in our own unique ways. The one big rhythm of the tribe is made up of the many different beats of its members.

Ecstatic dance is an amazing way to explore the different aspects of the group experience. Inclusion and exclusion, forming groups and dissolving them, harmony and diversity, personal energy and group energy, cacophony and melody. We will bring into motion these aspects to create a playground for group energy. The group becoming a big instrument, on which everybody is playing their own tunes. Looking for harmony, creativity, joy.
