to kindle the curious and creative within you.
To step outside of your day-to-day same old.
To ease into your body.
To enter a field of fascination.
To explore fresh articulations.
To express your entirety.
One Day to dance into your authenticity.
To move with the rhythms that unlock doors of possibility.
One Day that could just change everything.
In this 5Rhythms Immersion, we'll dance through the landscapes of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, each one an alive permission slip to meet and move ourselves.
Will this be just another day?
Or will this be the day that sets everything into motion?
The day where you don’t just seize the day, but you dance it, breathe it, free it.
This Immersion is held deep in the stunning rainforest of Upper Wilsons Creek, about 25-30 minutes drive from Mullumbimby. The last part of the road is dirt with 10 causeways.
