Greetings Dear Movers, Shakers and Advocates for Animals,
What a treat for me to offer a workshop filled with two of my deepest passions; movement and reverence to animals.
Movement is an ancient and amazing way to experience the wisdom of our body and life. It provides grounding cord into a deeper connection to our innate relationship with telepathy and intuition. Movement gives us fluid connection to the heartbeat of our feet and mother earth.
This experiential workshop offers the art of moving pathways to assist in rediscovering our abilities to communicate with animals, ourselves and all Beings.
Some of our pathways are The 5 Rhythms of Movement ®, Dancing Prana Yoga ® As well as practical and fun exercises into Animal Communication.
NOTES
What to bring: a photo ( if you have one) of your animal family member on earth or in spirit.
a snack, a journal and your curiosity.
Wear layers of comfortable clothing to move in, including socks and or soft soled shoes.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
