Life movement unfold abundance of options - forward, backward, sideward to make space for the other, changing directions, up, down, in circle until we find a way out, inward, outward. Yet... in the big workshop called life, we move just parts of this vast potential, in fixed patterns, partial breath, only with certain body parts, staying within our comfort zone, avoiding the unknown, because... it is unknown. More and more we become less and less alive.
5Rhythms© movement meditation is a dynamic practice of moving and dancing with mindfulness and bodyfulness, to enable us, with instructions to experience being alive,with the core belief that if you set the body in motion the psych will heal itself.
In our little life worlshop, we will havve a taste of the 5Rhythms© practice, each rhythm will engage us with a different aspect of being. Music will lead us through. No need for former experience. All ages, genders and levels of fitness are welcomed.
