DESCRIPTION

a day to go deeper, inviting an awareness of how the body moves in each of the Rhythms and experimenting with different kinds of movements that catalyze energy throughout the Wave. While this workshop is open to anyone with an interest in dance and movement, I especially welcome people who move with physical limitations, whether due to age, injury or disability, and to dancers who have training in anatomy and physiology (such as yoga teachers, massage therapists, other dance practitioners). I will be leading us throughout this process, and there will be space to share our experiences of dancing with limitations, and to share our ways round, under, over and through, to the freedom we all crave in the dance.
