The Art of Receiving 「受け取る」「受け取る」ことが下手な日本人。
「受け取る」ということを、体のジェスチャーやカタチ、ポーズを通じて踊ってみましょう。体からのメッセージを、踊りの中で、名の通り、受け取ってみませんか？
ワーク終了後にはお好み焼きの懇親会があります。（任意参加）
