October 12, 2-5pm$30 cash or check at the door. $20 first‐timers & those in need.
A Medicine Dance is a dance we dance for others. For the ones who cannot be there. For our ancestors. For those who are suffering. And for the places and selves we have left behind.
We offer this Medicine Dance in the spirit of remembrance, support & celebration, to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action. Life is precious—our community is precious! All are welcome in this dance.
Please bring your photos, mementos, and sacred objects for our altar.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
