We are happy to invite you to this spring weekend workshop in BioRezydencja (Swierardow, Poland). The powerful methods of meditation through movement - 5Rhythms® - combined with elements of Tantra, will guide you towards the joyful play with your life: with clear mind and open heart, with tenderness towards yourself and the other, with clear connection of the
Mind - Body - Heart - Breath - Consciousness.
This introductory workshop will help you rediscover powerful resources within you: your sexual energy, which once aligned in harmony with your true SELF will become the infinite source of vital power.
There will be a Cacao ceremony during the workshop: „A gateway to an open heart”.

The workshop is open to anyone who either danced or hasn't danced 5Rhythms before. No previous experience with tantra is needed.
