5Rhythmen, 5 LehrerInnen und viele tanzende Füße und Herzen!

Im Mittelpunkt steht diesmal die Kreativität - und ihre Magie. 

Von der ersten Ahnung bis hin zum Ergebnis sind es viele Schritte, die einen kreativen Prozess ausmachen - von großer Herausforderung bis zu tiefer Befriedigung ist meist alles dabei. Die 5Rhythmen sind ein wunderbares Werkzeug, um die „DNA“ dieser Prozesse zu erforschen und mit dem ganzen Körper zu erfahren.

Die Inspiration durch die Gruppe wird eine zentrale Rolle spielen, wie auch der Zugang zu der individuellen kreativen Ader, die in uns allen schlummert. Wie können wir sie erschließen? Und wie die Welle reiten, die ein kreativer Impuls unweigerlich mit sich bringt?

This time our focus is on creativity - and the magic of it! 

From the first seed to the final outcome there are many steps within a creative process. The spectrum is wide and reaches from huge challenges to deep satisfaction. The 5Rhythms are a wonderful tool to explore the DNA of these processes and to experience them through the whole body.

The inspiration within the group will play a big role, as well as the inner source of creativity that’s inside all of us. How can we access it? And how can we ride the wave that follows a creative impulse?
