DESCRIPTION
Summer and its holidays are a chance for us to rest, and the heat is relaxing us into easier tempo. In the same time energy is releasing and rising with the heat. This retreat is offering a program that will support both: the easy and lazy, chill out as well as the spread your wings and fly with jump into the dance. This week will give us an opportunity to explore the teachings and gifts, landscapes of each of the 5 Rhythms. One Rhythm for each day. Each Rhythm in it’s “move” and “rest” phase. We will dance in the mornings and evenings, which will give us lots of free time in the afternoons to be in the beautiful nature, swim in clear blue sea, have a nap in the shade of fig tree, try to catch a fish, taste local vine, look at each other’s eyes, find 10 000 different ways to be, just be…NOTES
No previous 5 Rhythms experience is needed but is very welcomed and recommended.
Prices: Full price is 290 Euro. Early booking price until 01.07. with non-refundable deposit of 70 Euro, is 250 Euro. Working price is 150 Euro. One day boat excursion is included in this price.
Accommodation: to find a room or appartament to rent please contact the tourist office Alternature saying you are coming for a 5Rhythms workshop: alternatura@alternatura.hr There is also a hotel Biševo. Try Airbnb too.
Nearest airport to fly to is Split (and then Ferry or Katamaran to the Island) or Zadar (RyanAir flies there), or Zagreb (400km away from Split)
Childcare: we can organize a childcare during our dance sessions, on the base of shared costs depending on how many children would we have. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to come with your child/children.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
